Pawan Sharma
Designated Partner

Pawan started his career as a practicing company secretary and after 13 years of extensive experience, enrolled as an advocate in the year 2016. Since then, he has been practicing as a lawyer and advises on corporate and commercial laws.

Pawan has extensive experience in handling cases relating to shareholder disputes, insolvency, corporate restructuring including Mergers & Acquisitions, and other matters under the Companies Act, 2013. Pawan appears extensively before NCLT and NCLAT.

Pawan enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2016 and is a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association. He is also a fellow member of ICSI. He is visiting faculty member at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and other educational institutions in Delhi-NCR. Pawan completed B.Com. (Hons.) in Accounts from Ranchi University, Ranchi and BA LL.B. from Amity University.

Arpita Yadav,

She is in, drafting precise agreements, or advising on corporate governance, I prioritize delivering tailored solutions with precision and efficacy. Aakarsh Raj Shrivastava

Aakarsh always have had an objective to obtain a professional environment that has challenging goals and exposure to practical aspects, with opportunities to grow, corroborate his expertise and utilize his ideas, skills, knowledge and attain new ones through cooperation with others. Given his diverse and rich research experience, spanning well over half a decade and dealing with wide a multitude of laws, Aakarsh brings to the table his comprehensive set of skills and insightful appreciation of complex legal issues. He is working with Lexacorp Legal LLP since 2022 and now leading the Ranchi office. He has work experience in the areas of contract management, contract vetting, drafting, research etc. He also leads firm’s legal awareness initiatives in different areas of law including corporate and allied matters. His extraordinary research and drafting skills provide an edge to the firm. Before joining LCL, Aakarsh worked as a Research Associate at Jharkhand High Court soon after graduating, where he worked extensively on different nature of Commercial, civil and criminal cases from the Bench’s perspective.
